When an image is sent to me in Ryver through the Upload File mechanism I see the original filename, but when I try to download it using the hover Download button the image name is always “true”.png|jpg|etc. 

If I click on the image preview and then click on the Download button the name is “Image Preview”. png|jpg|etc.

The image name should be the actual image name as it was sent to me.

This is on Mac OSX High Sierra, Ryver Version 1.2.1

There are many languages which are using Right To Left script, (RTL)

If Ryver is not supporting RTL, the content of the following languages are not displayed correctly, thus making it very difficult to read and understand correctly, because one will lose the sentence correct format.

The following languages all use RTL

·                                 Arabic.

·                                 Aramaic.

·                                 Azeri.

·                                 Dhivehi/Maldivian.

·                                 Hebrew.

·                                 Kurdish (Sorani)

·                                 Persian/Farsi.

·                                 Urdu.

Therefore, it would highly be appreciated if you could pay an urgent attention to this problem and bring it up with your technical team.

I am a hundred percent sure, that if you try RTL support Ryver, this will give you an edge over the similar programs. E.g. Slack etc….

I would really like having a notification count on each team/forum that I am tagged in. I know we can use the Notifications Tab, but with we have so many Teams that it gets a little bit overwhelmed to have all the notifications at the same place. It is useful, but it would be very good to see a count like the Notification Tab, but on each Teams so we can go directly see in the Team that request our attention.

Love Ryver, it changed our life.

After using the Ryver platform for a few days, I am getting hammered with emails. Unfortunately, some of them are important and I do want them, I do not want to just turn off ALL emails. 

Could we get the ability to have granular control of email notifications? For example, I want to receive email notifications for all direct messages, but not open forums etc. What if I wanted the opposite? 

As a owner/manager, it’s very important to know where is the time go/invest. This is our resource day to day, right?

What if, every users of the team can click on timer when they start a task and click again when finish the task?

And as a manager, can see this record AND maybe all members of that team can see too. This action maybe work as a competence inside every team/group and inspire them

Think how great this feature is!

After a pop up notification appears, I would like to be able to click on it and Ryver takes me directly to the chat.

Add the possibility of adding Sections to categorize tasks in the List view (like in Asana for example). This would also allow moving back and forth from the List and Board view without loosing the tasks!

Sometimes we write posts or create tasks that we would link to print a hard copy of to keep in our physical files. A print button on Tasks would be appreciated. The option to download as PDF would also be acceptable.

When a message is sent to me or one of my groups & I am logged in I would like for the application to flash in the system tray to catch my attention. 

Whenever a file is attached through Google drive, the link only shows the webpage's title: "Meet Google Drive - One place for all your files". It seems that in a search the filename is taken into account. (Is the content of the file also indexed?) It would be extremely useful (and I'm hoping an easy fix) to get the filename to show in the post as well. Hope to hear from you soon.

Most of the people I introduce to Slack and may in future introduce to Ryver find the Enter = Send default very disconcerting. It's one of the first experiences they have and it's often negative ("But I haven't finished what I was trying to say!")

It makes sense in a quick-fire chat situation, but not when people are posting considered responses that need paragraph breaks (or bullet points). Any chance of making it a user-selectable option whether Enter or Ctrl+Enter sends a message? That simple change would improve the UX greatly for many people.

Please integrate IFTTT (https://ifttt.com/discover) as another integration method apart from Zapier.  IFTTT is free and supports even more items. 

Feature Request - Checklist Modification 

Would love the ability to drag the checklists into new ordering sequence if required, rather than having to delete and start again from input area of new checklist item.

As we use teams or forums or direct messages for project purposes, we would like to foward external E-Mails to our Ryver organization to something like a "My Inbox". 

And from "My Inbox", the E-Mails could be moved to a forum / team / directly as chat or post.

Or - like Trello cards - a forum or team or member has it's individual e-mail adress.

Use Case: I want to be able to link to a specific message so I can point someone in a private chat or a different forum to that message.

Possible solution: Extend the context menu (...) on a message with a "Share" button which can either:

a) give you a link to the message so you can paste it into another chat or forum

b) provide some dialog to choose a Ryver user with which to share the message
