We have a developer working on that view now. Our plan was just to have an overlay on the inactive users making them appear more grayed out. But I'll talk to the developer about a possible filter to only show the inactive users.

We ended up pushing out SSO and other "Enterprise/Professional" features that we expect to put into a premium offering. We also pushed out our work on Tasks.

Our funding has allowed us to continue focusing on the core "free" product, and will also now allow us to hire some new developers in the near future. At that point, we will be able to dedicate some resources to those premium features that we would like to introduce by first quarter 2017.

Adding support for other languages will need to be a separate effort on our part. But in the mean time, if you go to File -> Preferences in Windows, or Ryver -> Preferences on the Mac, there is a preference for disabling the spell checker so you can at least stop having everything underlined.

I think we'll need to keep the option in place for a team to be completely invisible. But it definitely seems reasonable to want the team creator to be able to determine whether the team should be visible in the Private Teams list.

I'm adding this to our wishlist and adding a note on our Admin task to make teams visible to the Admin...we should be able to work on both scenarios at once.

Just an FYI that we have pushed out the introduction of this feature. We decided for a number of reasons that we needed to focus our small team on some other core product improvements that have been on our "ToDo" list for several months.

We anticipate being able to hire a couple of new developers in the near future, which will allow us to then dedicate time directly to Tasks again, without negatively impacting our ability to improve the core product as needed.

Sorry about the wait!

For the Slack import part of this request, please note that we are now looking into the possibility of importing Private Channels from Slack. It would be somewhat limited, in the sense that the person doing the import (their API key) would only be able to import the Private Channels that they can see. So some of your users might report and complain that their private channels did not get imported, even though others did. But at least this would give you some options for getting your private data into Ryver.

Mark - We haven't implemented the Private Channel support yet, so when you imported your Slack data, only Public Channels should have gotten imported. The Private Channels should have been ignored. But I will run some tests to see if something has changed with the Slack APIs that is causing our import to work differently all of a sudden. We certainly haven't changed any code in that area recently.

We did a soft rollout of the core feature a while back. However, we have not advertised it because it isn't as fully functional as we know it will need to be. You can currently create a Signup URL for Members, and you can limit it to people with certain email domains. However, you cannot currently use it for Guests, and you cannot specify a set of teams/forums that users should be joined to for that specific URL.

Here is an article describing the current functionality: http://support.ryver.com/generate-a-signup-url/

Ok, we have finally freed up a critical developer from other core issues that prevented us from implementing this and we will be spending next week working on the ability for an Admin to control whether members can create teams, forums or invite guests.

Other Administrative features will be looked at as well in the coming weeks, but this will be our initial focus.

Having discussed it, we'll definitely look into the Mark Unread option in the chat room, independent of the "Remind Me" feature for chat messages.

Hmm...that could get pretty "busy" in a chat room with a lot of people. We do provide that message for Direct Messages, but had not considered it in Forums/Teams because of the potential distraction. Would you expect it to just show something like "Joseph and 10 other people are typing..." if there are a bunch of people actively typing chat messages?
