A good point, but one that's already part of Ryver.
When I choose chat messages to Promote To A Post, I can choose where to make the post. Chats that happen in one private team can thus appear in the post of another private team. The only way these teams are connected is that I (the poster) am in both.
I would expect the entirety of the post to be copied - subject, body, attachments, comments, upvotes, etc
Reviewing this, it's very similiar to the scenarios laid out in http://feedback.ryver.com/topics/100-allowing-private-teams-to-communicate-with-each-other/
If there was a way to re-locate or copy a Post between teams, I wonder if the ad-hoc group chat would work after all? The content could be brought back to the main team that way, without needing a new team or changing security measures.
It's awesome!
I find myself wishing this worked as a windowshade toggle, where I could press a button to view or hide the pinned teams/forums/DMS. While hidden, new messages popup as Albert has outlined.
Just had our first staff training session - believe it or not, this was the second request at the end of training.
Advanced search capability would be great.
Let me know if this should be a separate request - Change How Posts Open. When I'm viewing the list of Posts, if I click on a Post Title, I don't want it to expand - I want it to open as an overlay, so I can focus on it. The current expansion is difficult to read given the other surrounding posts.
Just had a meeting with a bunch of shadow-slack users in my office ahead of next week's Ryver rollout. While they're definitely using multiple Slack accounts with multiple channels each - the Flowdock model as I mentioned in my previous comment - I've changed my mind and I think the groupings model as described would probably meet this need.
Either way I'm going to end up administrating a *lot* of Teams.

The current lack of admin controls has been a huge obstacle that we've had to work around with our current usage.
