if the tags show on the forum/topics list that would be a big help. 

Previously, we had used certain emojis to help determine if the decision was made or topic concluded, as those emojis would show on the list of topics. However, I think they were removed to make a cleaner looking list of topics. 

ability to look at posts from a specific date or range of dates would be much more user friendly 

It would be great to mark the comment or post to indicate that the conversation has been concluded and there is a final decision/action.
