View chat stream in Video tab

It would be nice to be able to see the chat stream while in the video tab. Or able to pop out the video. Either way, the ability to keep the video visible and see/interact with chat. 

Would help speaking impaired users. See body language and still communicate.

Easier to communicate web addresses, or specific terms. 

Covers any accent issues or background noise interfering with communication.
