Add a "Director" or "Owner" role for Ryver Accounts to manage Admin accounts
Currently there is only the elevated "admin" accounts. For some communities that may be fine, but for many, there needs be at least one more higher account for managing admins. This allows the Account to be managed by multiple individuals, the admins, but ensures that ownership of the account is retained by select, trusted individuals. A teammate and I tested this out and though I had created the account, as another admin, he was able to revoke my admin rights and deactivate my account.

Overall, I think more permission levels are needed across the board with varying degrees of admin AND member levels. We're thinking of using ryver in a public safety environment to improve on day to day communications, so having an owner (Chief) that has rights over admins, admins (Assistant Chiefs) to manage members and all groups/teams, members (Captains) with certain rights to also create and manage specific forums/teams, and then everyone else (Privates) would be very useful.

Having an additional level is crucial. I have a lot of subordinate team mates who have to turn into admins, as they need to add new members to ryver. But organisationally, this puts them in the same level as me, and they can actually kick me out of the team. PLEASE FIX THIS.
SuperAdmin of some sort is crucial and I think fixes a few of the permissions issues we are having internally.

We do understand that there are a number of Administrative controls that are very important for certain environments. And you're right that the "all admins are created equal" approach can be problematic. We'll go ahead and focus on that aspect of it first...looking into protecting the "super" Admin, then we'll get into the additional role levels.
It sounds like the most urgent levels above "Member" are one to manage/invite users, and another for being a forum moderator.

Forum moderator functionality is key. Ability for someone to sticky and edit posts in 'their' forum.

We now make the creator of the organization the "Owner". Other Admins are unable to modify the Owner's role. An owner can hand off the owner role to another Admin, but there can only be one Owner at a time.
