When selecting Reply, your starting chat cursor will default to BELOW the quotation

This is what we by default are setup to do when selecting reply on a chat:

This is what it should be, IMHO. Just used to Replies in Forums being Quote then response.

I would like this as well, or at least an option provided.

Yeah, it makes sense because I can skip over the quoted text if I'm already familiar with the reference, but my brain wants to read whatever is first naturally and I end up reading their statement, then the quote below, then their statement again to make sense of it.
